Sayu's Healthy Eating Program is designed for those who wish to improve their eating patterns and develop a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. The program is customized to meet the specific needs of each individual, with the assistance of registered clinical psychologists, medical physicians, supervised therapists, naturopathic doctors, fitness professionals, registered dietitians, and nutritionists. There is an overwhelming amount of conflicting advice for how to eat healthy, and it can be difficult to know which suggestions to follow and how to incorporate them into your daily life. Healthy eating patterns not only improve our bodies’ physical appearance, but can have profound impacts on our mood.   Enjoying a healthy body weight, while eating nutritious, satisfying meals, can lead to improved confidence, higher energy levels, increased motivation, and general feelings of happiness and contentment.

  • The initial assessment is a brief, structured clinical interview that allows us to gather important information necessary to develop your treatment plan and/or offer recommendations. You will be contacted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once specific needs are determined through the initial assessment, each client benefits from the integrated and coordinated efforts of our staff, in order to ensure that goals are achieved. We will assist you in taking an active role in your health and achieving sustainable results that will foster greater energy levels, a positive outlook, and a stabilized mood.

Our clinically supervised therapists work with you to determine the underlying reasons for your unhealthy eating patterns and how to combat them, while utilizing Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. CBT is the leading evidence-based approach and one of the most common forms of treatment for unhealthy eating patterns. CBT is designed to change the behaviours and thoughts that maintain unhealthy eating patterns. Being aware of our thoughts and emotions related to food can allow us to change our eating patterns and improve our lifestyles.

Simultaneously, you will receive nutritional education and regimented meal plans from our nutritionists and registered dieticians. In addition, consultations with our fitness professionals, physicians, and naturopathic doctors are readily available to you.

Treatment prices vary depending on the type of program better suited for you (individual or group) and number of sessions acquired. Our Healthy Eating Program is typically offered in either six (2-hour) group sessions or 12 (one-hour) individual sessions.
