What to expect...

Our summer program keeps kids active, healthy, and having fun with other children in the summertime!  We have indoor and outdoor activities, nutritious food, arts and crafts, hands-on cooking, and mini workshops, which benefit them by improving life-long skills that will foster their healthy development and future success. 
Kids are inspired most through play. Our games and activities allow children to interact with other kids, practice social skills, and improve conflict resolution. They are encouraged to attempt new tasks and challenges, which enhances confidence and self-esteem. 

Indoor & Outdoor Games and Activities

Kids just want to have fun! And they need it!

Most children today don't get enough outdoor playtime. We'll be playing sports and games in Tom Riley Park and going on nature walks.

Healthy Breakfast, Lunches, and Snacks

Children can eat healthier versions of their favourite comfort foods. Every day at lunch time, campers get together to help prepare a healthy, delicious, energizing lunch themselves! Having fun and being creative with real, natural foods will get them loving what's good for them! 

We provide all-natural foods, without refined sugars, preservatives, or artificial flavours. Meals can include nutrient-packed smoothies, wraps, and salads.  


For example, our World Smoothie Bowl 🌎  which is loaded with vitamins, anti-oxidants, healthy fats, and protein without any added sugar.  It's fun to make and tastes like dessert!

Creative Art

Art inspires kids to be creative and to express themselves! Art-related activities have been proven to boost a child’s self-image and confidence.
